After placing your order, the adoption welcome, certificate/photo and factsheet are sent to the email address you nominated in our donation online form. They are automatically sent within one email after your donation has been processed, which in most cases is immediately. Occasionally there can be a delay of some hours before the pack will appear in your inbox.

Sometimes, certain email clients can file our emails in folders other than Inbox – including Promotions, Other, Spam or Junk folders. This seems to happen more often with Gmail and Outlook accounts. Please have a look to ensure that your adoption welcome pack isn’t hiding in one of these folders.

If you adoption is a gift to be sent directly to your recipients address, please also check with them to see if it may be in one of the above mentioned folders.

If you have done so and it is still missing, please let us know via the contact us form and we will prepare a new certificate and factsheet and email it to you directly.

Simply select the species you would like to adopt and make sure to tick the 'is this a gift?' option. If you would like your gift to be sent to your gift recipient, please tick that option in the form, otherwise, the gift will be sent to your email address.
